Miso Chicken
2-3 chicken breasts or thighs (skinless/boneless)
¼ cup white sugar
¼ cup white miso
¼ cup beer
¼ cup soy sauce
Combine the sugar, miso, beer and soy sauce and marinade chicken in sauce overnight. Grill in the oven for approximately 5 - 7 minutes on each side till brown, or barbeque. Cut into strips and place in sushi rolls.

Oriental BBQ Chicken or Beef
2-3 chicken breasts or thighs (skinless/boneless)
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup water
1-1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1-1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted and pulverized
2 tbsp chopped spring onions
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 slice grated ginger
Blend all ingredients except chicken. Marinade chicken in sauce for at least 2 hours or overnight. Grill in the oven for approximately 5-7 minutes on each side till brown or barbeque. Cut into strips and place in sushi rolls.
